Ben Kinsley, Jennifer Bell + Jonah, and Pat Gafney represented PPMS at the 2019 Cool Science Festival at UCCS on Sunday, October 12. They spoke to lots of kids and their families about the fantastic world of fungi and might have recruited some new members!

Lecture by Jill Easterday
Jill Easterday has a masters degree in environmental management with a focus in mycoremediation. She is currently the president of the Bay Area Applied Mycology as well as a member of both the San Francisco Mycological Society and the Sonoma County Mycological Association. Jill is employed at The Odin, a company that sells DIY biohacking kits and is pleased to be working with Ecovative developing a new fungi kit. In her free time she enjoys playing with bioluminescent organisms.
