DESCRIPTION:There are 30 camping spots available (not including children). Cost $25. \nThere are 15 Saturday daytime foray spots available. Cost Free. \nClick Here for Saturday only. \nThe destination is still TBD but should be approximately 2 hours or less from Colorado Springs. \nThis is a PPMS Members only event! \n\n*Tent camping only* (no campers)\n4×4 recommended\, but not required\nKids are welcome (but no need to sign them up)\nDogs are also welcome (but your responsibility)\nBathroom facilities on site\nPlease bring your own supplies\, equipment\, camping gear\, etc.\n\nFood in Bear Country: \nPlease keep all food\, trash and coolers locked away at night in vehicles or bear proof containers. Never store food in your tent. Do not leave food or trash outside unattended. It is your responsibility to clean up your food after meals and ensure it is properly stored before leaving your camp site or retiring to bed. SUMMARY:UV Foray w/ Alan Rockefeller
DESCRIPTION:Register NOW for a nighttime UV foray with mycologist and mushroom photographer Alan Rockefeller this Saturday August 10th beginning at 7:30pm. The location will be announced Friday August 9th only to those that register. This foray will be limited to the first 30 people that sign up so follow the link to confirm your spot! Only adults need to be registered. \nNote: We recommend bringing your own UV flashlight to help you spot mushrooms in the dark as well as a regular flashlight or headlamp for navigating in and out of the woods. The UV flashlight should ideally have a 365nm wavelength for best florescence.

We strongly suggest carpooling for this foray as parking fills up fast in this lot! This foray will also feature special guests Drs. Kids and dogs are welcome\, so pack ’em up and let’s get to the woods!
